Bronze & Steel Triffids Pendant

This pendant is woven in a Triffids chainmaille weave using beautiful, durable bronze & steel.

Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, low maintence, and extremely durable. It will never rust, tarnish, or color your skin. Bronze is also hypoallergenic but, rarely, can temporarily color skin. Bronze is far more durable than pure copper and slower to tarnish. It will antique with a natural patina over time and can be restored to a shine with common household products. This piece should be kept away from salt and strong chemicals such as bleach as the bronze will likely spot.

Triffids is a weave I invented in the spring of 2016 and the first of a whole family of related weaves. All of the Triffids family weaves are chain-like, three-sided, and don't lend themselves to flat sheets. The original and namesake of the family is probably the most triangular while others are rounder.
